AG emerged from NORDAG AG after its merger with B.U.S. Berzelius Umwelt-Service
AG in May 2003. Restructuring the multi-threaded company into a segment-type
organization has formed the basis for a sustained rise in the going
concern value. Today AGOR AG is a corporate group with clearly structured
management responsibilities in the operating fields.

Uniting the operating fields into autonomous intermediate holding
companies has given the company a streamlined structure. This, in
turn, allows the whole group to be efficiently controlled and thus
the requirement is met for realizing future chances and profit potentials.
AGOR AG is just as much open to capital expenditure in new segments
